I mostly only do coffee-shop reviews, but Fittleworth deserve a bit of extra effort. Being a catheter user is about as much fun as you might imagine. Have to say there’s never been an issue. I’m sorry some people have had a less than satisfactory service but can only assume it’s down to the prescribers – having previously worked in a gp surgery I can say sometimes repeat prescriptions get overlooked. If we’ve ever had any trouble we speak to my husbands stoma nurse – everyone should have one – if you don’t have one request a referral to your local hsp or community stoma nurses. When my husband had to go into hsp quickly fittleworth got an urgent delivery sent which arrived within a couple of days. Delivery is a usually early and delivery drivers are always extremely polite.

For a few years now I have been provided for by Fittleworth Medical, the product is great and only once my pouches were cut wrong but out of the 1000’s of bags it was a blip… They have a great reminder service and always deliver in clean, well packed secure boxes using a great courier.
The free wipes are a blessing but personally I prefer the round make up remover type discs, although I do use the wipes when needing the bag from my car. My holiday went easier knowing I have such a great company at my side should I need help in most Countries I go to. I will continue using this great service. Hi, I was reading through some of the comments and though I would share my experience with Fittleworth. I have been using Fittleworth Medical now for around 4 years and I receive a delivery approximately every 3 weeks. So over that time, I have received around 70 or more deliveries. There have been a few delivery issues, less than 5, but each time it was through the fault of the delivery company, not Fittleworth and I know Fittleworth have been working on improving that. So ~95% of the time, I have not had any issues with delivery. They ask to allow 2 weeks from ordering to delivery, which is fine for me. You just need to plan ahead, which I’m sure the vast majority of people are able to do. I have never had any issues with stock not being available. For friendliness, 5 stars is not enough. They deserve 10. They are always such a pleasure to talk to – it makes me want to phone my order through instead of ordering online. They have always been most helpful and kind. When I moved house, my new surgery wanted to handle my prescriptions themselves, but I insisted on still using Fittleworth. I am glad to have the opportunity to express my gratitude.
