Fittleworth Medical Ltd were pleased to welcome His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent who officially opened the new head office in Littlehampton, West Sussex this week. The dedicated facility was purpose built to house over 100 staff who provide care to thousands of people with stoma and urological needs across the United Kingdom.
“This opening signals the next step in the Fittleworth journey,” says Managing Director, Gary Bang. “We chose to build less than a mile from our previous location in order to ensure the retention of our staff, some of whom have been with us for decades. Our people are the key to the service we provide clients every day and this new facility will be the foundation for our success in the future.”
Fittleworth started as a family business in 1984 and has grown to over 300 employees providing localised service from 38 locations.
“Our Clinical Respect programme launched in 2015 has put a name to what we do every day,” says Marketing Director Jeremy Stokes. “It’s an ethos that the entire company believes in and delivers”.
